配送ポリシー
送料について
本ウェブサイト（以下、「当店」）は配送業者との特別契約により全国割引送料での配送をいたしております。
配送方法について
配送方法は当店指定の方法とし、原則としてお客様がご選択頂くことは出来ません。
・配送業者：ヤマト運輸または佐川急便（期日指定のない小物商品は日本郵便）
・発送完了後に「お荷物追跡番号」をメールにてお知らせいたします。
配送日数について
ご注文より、小物商品ならびに既製品については営業日または翌営業日以内に出荷させていただきます。
店舗在庫切れのお取り寄せ品は別途「納品日」をお知らせいたします。
仕立てを要するお誂え品「着物・帯・長襦袢等」については、約30～40日の期間を要します。予め「納品予定日」をお知らせいたします。
お誂え品が仕上がった時点で「納品確定日」を再度お知らせいたします。お客様の納品期日のご予定確認後に発送になります。お届け時間帯指定も承ります。
自然災害や大規模な催し等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。予めご了承ください。
配送中の破損等について
梱包の際は外箱に傷やへこみが付かないよう十分に配慮の上に出荷準備をいたしますが、配送業者に引き渡し後に輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任によって損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱の傷やへこみ等はご理解頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

Domestic Shipping (Japan)
All domestic orders are shipped via courier with tracking.

We ship to 27 countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped with tracking and insurance coverage.

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
