昭和中期、京都西陣の職人の手によって端正に織られた正絹九寸帯。刺繍繊で表現した「椿」は、絶妙なグラデーションの色使いが素晴らしく、思わず目を奪われるデザインに仕上がっています。柄の配置、糸の１本１本に織り手のセンスが存分に反映されています。シンプルで可愛らしい洒落帯ですが、そこにはモダンな感性、そして上質が織り混ざった深みがあります。
Woven with meticulous care by Kyoto Nishijin craftsmen in the mid-Showa era, this pure silk kyusunobi (9-sun obi) is adorned with embroidered camellia (tsubaki) blossoms in a beautifully graduated vermilion palette. Deceptively simple and charming, this obi carries a quiet depth — where modern sensibility meets timeless Nishijin craftsmanship. Every thread reflects the hand and eye of a master weaver.
